Log in to your bm9 account and go to the deposit section. Select Wave Money as the payment method. Transfer the amount from your Wave Money app to the Wave Money number we provide. Your bm9 account will be credited within a few minutes after the transfer. Make sure the amount and reference number are correct before you send.

The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all payment methods on bm9 — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. You cannot deposit below that amount. Also note that no extra fees are charged based on your payment method — we don't charge any fees on our end.

KBZPay deposits usually take only a few minutes, and most go through almost instantly. When depositing, enter the account number bm9 provides, the correct amount, and the reference directly in the remarks field — this helps the credit go through faster.

bm9 has a Referral program. When someone you refer makes their first deposit on bm9, you'll earn 5% of their first deposit amount as bonus credit — up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. On top of that, you also earn 0.1% per week as commission from every qualifying bet placed by your referred players. Note that a wagering requirement may apply before this earnings can be withdrawn as cash.

The bm9 welcome bonus gives you a 120% bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks total to play with. To claim it, activate the bonus option when making your first deposit. This bonus is available once only and does not apply to subsequent deposits.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. On bm9, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 25. For example, if you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, the wagering requirement is 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks — you need to bet that total before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. Your own deposited cash can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

You can check each bonus's expiry in the notification that appears after the bonus is credited, or in the bonus section of your account. Bonuses including the welcome bonus may expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time after the account is activated. If you are not sure of the exact expiry, ask bm9 Live Chat. Check your bonus as soon as you receive it and plan your play around the timeline.

The welcome bonus (120% first-deposit bonus) is available once per account only. If bm9 detects multiple accounts opened to claim the bonus more than once — whether through different accounts or different payment methods — those accounts will be flagged as duplicates, the bonus will be cancelled, and the accounts may be closed. One account, one time.

A "Pending" withdrawal status means bm9 is processing the withdrawal verification. Withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If it takes longer than 45 minutes, contact bm9 Live Chat and provide your withdrawal request ID — note that bank-side verification can sometimes take extra time.

When withdrawing, we can only transfer funds to a wallet (KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay) registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to a third party's wallet — even a family member's — are not allowed. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud and to protect players themselves.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bm9 is 30,000 Ks. Requests below that amount may be rejected. Note that the minimum deposit (10,000 Ks) and minimum withdrawal (30,000 Ks) are different — plan to withdraw once your balance has grown enough.

bm9's withdrawal processing team operates 24/7, so there is no difference at night, on Saturdays, or on Sundays. However, the bank systems themselves can be slower on public holidays — at those times, withdrawing via KBZPay or Wave Money may be faster, as they tend to process through even when banks are closed.

Your bm9 account can be accessed from any device using your username and password — no data is lost when switching phones. You may be asked to complete a security confirmation when logging in from a new phone or browser. Once logged in, your balance, bonus history, and payment records will all be there as normal.

If you can't log in, first check that your username and password are correct — also check whether Caps Lock is on. Clear your browser cache and try again.
